PROTECT YOU AND THOSE AROUND YOU

The best way to fight Coronavirus (and the Flu) is through proper hygiene:

  • Stay home – only leave the house if necessary
  • Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds under warm water with soap. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with your elbow or a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Teach your children proper hygiene practices as well
  • Don’t shake hands with people – they will understand
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
  • Get your flu shot if you haven’t already
